CS White INC
The black men living in America confront discrimination on a daily basis from all social sectors of society. Unfortunately, racism stalks black men, eventually dehumanizing them while worsening their quality of life. They are left behind in every aspect of their life, whether education, employment, and enjoyment.
CS White aims to help young black boys in our community by providing one-on-one mentoring, so they are not only nurtured as a person but become the best version and face challenges confidently. We carefully design activities to polish their communication and problem-solving skills while effectively listening to their concerns to make them feel heard.
We believe our mentoring program for young black boys makes a noticeable difference and becomes the best way to accelerate their personal, social, and career development. As a team of experienced mentors, we are trying to fill the gap by empowering our young boys to take risks, offer advice to achieve milestones, and confront challenges but never give up. We want your help to positively impact our community by sympathizing with the young black men of all generations who are missing their rights and left behind on the path of life development.

Our mentors carefully design educational activities and programs to inspire our young generation, boost awareness, and lead them to secure scholarships. We also believe in transferring knowledge with fun and informal teaching, so everyone feels connected and performs better.
Community Service
We believe volunteering in community services enables students to acquire life skills, attain knowledge, and be on track for career development. Also, being part of community service encourages the young generation to build a strong network and develop a support system to face tough times in life together.
Mentoring
Our mentors motivate young black boys by setting a goal to reduce isolation, step out of their comfort zone, and amplify their skills for a bright future. In addition, our mentoring initiatives positively impact our black community while nourishing their minds to become future leaders.
