Mission
The mentoring program of CS White for young black boys aims to make a noticeable difference and become the best way to accelerate their personal, social, and career development. As a team of experienced mentors, we bridge the gap by empowering our young boys with life skills, offer guidance to achieve milestones, and confront challenges while never giving up.
Vision
We aspire to improve our young black men’s lives through development of life, positive impact, problem-solving, and mentoring. This ensures that they have the proper foundation to be nourished, achieve milestones, and ensure growth in their future.

About Us
Not everyone is born with a silver spoon or luxuries and landing opportunities on their doorstep. Some people, like young black adolescences in our community, spend their entire lives thinking they will never get their hands on what they wish, let alone what they deserve. Unfortunately, no other demographic group has faced this extreme racism that black adolescences have to face in their daily routine. In addition, their lives revolve around being labeled with stigmas and being subject to brutality, inequality, and oppression.
Thus, CS White was founded with the aim to raise voices for those innocent souls and help them get on the pathway to a meaningful life. We are Bridging the Gap between black adolescence and manhood through mentoring, positive reinforcement, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Our goal is to provide effective mentoring to black boys by tapping knowledge and experiences into their minds to gain a better perspective of life and start a new chapter with confidence, competence, and positivity.
We design several activities in our mentorship program to explore or raise hidden talent in our boys for personal development and polish their existing skills by giving them essential life skill tools. We also believe our boys can learn more necessary skills in adolescence and benefit from it in manhood.
