CS White designs a formal and informal mentoring activity where everyone shares their life experiences, which can be a kick-off way to transfer knowledge in everyone’s mind while building trust and strengthening relationships.

Our mentors motivate young black boys by setting a goal to reduce isolation, step out of their comfort zone, and amplify their skills for a bright future. In addition, our mentoring initiatives positively impact our black community while nourishing their minds to become future leaders.
